A contract will be provided at the beginning of service with a client. This contract will include the work, tasks, and/or projects that Randi will undertake. Randi will not post, send or complete a task or project without reviewing or following up with the client first.
Randi will expect half of each payment upfront and the rest at the end of the payment period as displayed and explained on the services page of this website. She will be paid via PayPal, Venmo or check. Randi is responsible for her own taxes and the customer will not be charged tax.
Additional fees may apply for late payments and extra work.
Randi will not be held responsible for errors or unsuccessful projects related to the service after acceptance by the client.
Service may be terminated for any reason through written notice by either party. The client will be responsible for all remaining payments.
